As we mention in our mission, disinformation campaigns worldwide have given rise to misinformation trends that spread like wildfire. US public trust in our news institutions and government have reached record lows, and we face increasing polarization in more ways than one.

Some of that mistrust can be attributed to a growing concern around fake news and misinformation, and we hope to turn that mistrust into a healthy skepticism that can take one step toward

Our first project is called "Silence is Complicity" because we want to encourage our communities to speak out with compassion and continue to empower each other with these tools and skills to stop the spread of misinformation.

In this project, we will take the core concepts from thoroughly cited research and break it down into an easy to digest and apply format so that regular readers don't have to become industry experts just to stay informed.
